Do I need a Safety Rep or a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee?
In Nova Scotia, when an employer has five or more employees they are required to have a Safety Rep. However, when the employer has 20 or more employees they are required to have a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
