Bill Mills has been the Executive Director of the Main Street Dartmouth Business Improvement District Association since its inception. He has been a key organizer in the community and a strong advocate for local businesses and local organisations. Bill has decided to retire from his role as Executive Director but I am sure he will remain very active in the community.
